When and where is the festival?

Held on Saturday October 14, 2023 in the regional town of Trundle, in Central Western NSW, the trundle ABBA Festival is Australia’s only and original ABBA festival.

What accessibility and services are available for people with disabilities?

The Trundle festival organisers have been working to improve the festivals accessibility. In doing so, the following services have been implemented:

  • There willl be a designated accessible viewing platform
  • There are two designated drop off zones with access to the festival
  • Disability bathrooms will be on site
  • Companion tickets are available

Will there be first-aid at the event?

Yes, St John’s Ambulance will be on-site.  

Trundle Multi Purpose Service has an Emergency Department which is located at 44 Brookview Street (02) 6892 1900. In the event of an emergency, call 000 for Police, Ambulance or Fire Brigade assistance.

Is there a carers room at the festival?

Yes, there will be room available with a change table, chair, fridge and microwave.

Will food and beverages be available for purchase on the day?

Food Vendors and a bar will be available onsite – we recommended you also have cash on hand in case of network issues for cashless payments. 

How can I purchase Trundle ABBA Festival Merchandise?

Trundle ABBA Festival merchandise will be available at the event.

Can I smoke at the event?

No. Smoking is not permitted at the venue.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets are on sale from 10am Monday 3 July 2023.

How do I buy tickets?

How much do tickets cost?

Adults (18+) - $80

Youth (11-17) - $45

U10's - free

 

Youth and U10's tickets must be purchased with a full-paying Adult ticket.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

No. Refunds are not available.

 

Can I bring...

 

 

my own food?

You are allowed to bring in dietary food and sealed water bottles. Bag searches will take place on the day.

a chair?

Yes, some chairs will be available along with tables for dining. We recommend also bringing a picnic rug.

an umbrella?

Yes you can bring an umbrella. Remember this is an outdoor event so please come prepared.

my pet?

No, pets are not allowed into the festival area.

 

Getting to the event

 

 

What transport options are available?

Buses, trains and independent tours. Visit the transport page for more information.

I am planning on driving, is parking available?

Yes street parking is available via surrounding streets, subject availability, no bookings. NOTE some street closures will be in place.

 

Acommodation

 

 

What accommodation is available?

There will be a variety of camping options available in Trundle. Powered sites, non-powered sites and glamping options. Further accommodation is available in nearby towns of Parkes, Forbes and Peak Hill, visit the accommodation page for more info.

Market stall holders and vendors

 

 

How do I register as a food vendor?

We are looking for a wide variety of caterers to attend the TAF2023, so everyone is welcome! If you are a mobile catering unit and wish to secure a place within the festival catering area please visit the booking page.
