Calling all Dancing Queens and Super Troupers - polish your sequins and grab your platform heels, Trundle will once again welcome your Arrival to celebrate all things ABBA. Get your tickets before 31 July and save save save!

Adult Ticket Prices (plus credit card fee), General Admission, 18 years and above, are:

  • $90 - Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! Special (from 6 April to 30 April 2024)
  • $100 - Super Trouper Tickets (from 1 May to 18 October 2024)
  • $110 - Mamma Mia Event Day Ticket (purchased on the day and at the gate)

Child and Youth Ticket Prices (plus credit card fee), are:

  • Youth tickets (11 years to 17 years old): $70 (set price throughout)
  • Children's tickets (10 years and under) are absolutely free!

Held in the regional town of Trundle, in Central Western NSW, the trundle ABBA Festival is Australia’s only and original ABBA festival.  

Trundle ABBA Festival provides a day packed full of family-friendly entertainment - headlined by Bjorn Again, the World's No. 1 ABBA Tribute Band, supported by a range of entertainment to Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! everyone a great time. BYO chairs and picnic rug.

Gates open and 12pm, entertainment concludes at 9.15pm.

Unless required by law tickets are non-refundable.

Disclaimer

Please be advised that attendees at Trundle ABBA Festival may be photographed by official photographers. These photos may used for future marketing and promotional activities.

Ticket holders will also be emailed a post-Festival evaluation survey.

COVID-19 Information

By purchasing tickets to this event, you acknowledge;

1) that the event may be scheduled to be held, or will be held, during a time at which one or more Government directions or regulations may be in force regarding the number of persons attending an event (or the holding of the event itself).

The organisers and its ticket holders must adhere to the public health orders at the time of the event. Current health orders can be viewed via https://legislation.nsw.gov.au/information/covid19-legislation

This legislation may change between the purchasing date and the event date, hence the organiser may be required to:

  1. cancel or postpone the event; and/or
  2. reduce the number of persons who may attend the event.

in which case you may receive a refund (minus booking fees) in accordance with the 123TIX refund procedures. All refund requests are required to be made prior to the event.

Should the event be required to reduce the number of persons who may attend the event, the allocation of tickets will be made available to the purchaser in date order of purchase, from earliest to most recent.

2) In the event of a mandated requirement to self-isolate and/or mandated border closures due to COVID-19, ticket holders may request a refund (minus booking fees), exchange, or credit if:

       a) Proof of mandatory isolation is provided or reasonable evidence proving restriction to travel due to Government order is provided.
       b) Requests are made within 72 hours of the mandated requirements or closures, or prior to the event.

3) if you no longer wish to attend an event due to concerns about COVID-19, but no public health or travel restrictions apply, this would be treated as a 'change of mind' and refunds are not permitted.

4) that you agree to comply with all Government directions, orders and regulations relevant to attending live events, which may be in place at the time of the event.

5) if you are attending the event as part of a group, as the primary ticket purchaser, you are responsible for knowing the contact details of all attendees in your group. In the event you are contacted directly by the Government, including the Department of Health for the purposes of contact tracing, you must: (a) make the contact details of your group available to the Government (if you have the consent of each group member to do so); or (b) contact each member of your group, and request that they provide their contact details to the Government directly.

6) all attendees in your group, including yourself, are committed to following current advice to assist to minimise the spread of COVID-19. If at the time of the event, either you, or any other members of your group are feeling unwell or are subject to a self-quarantine or self-isolation period, you agree not to attend the event.

7) if you attend the event, you agree to assume all risk associated with COVID-19.

8) that you are not entitled to any travel or accommodation compensation should the Trundle ABBA Festival be cancelled.

 

Entry Terms & Conditions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with this Event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in this agreement. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or special damages.

  • Admission is at the attendee’s own risk. You acknowledge that neither we nor any venue or trade provider at the event will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the Event by you or your invitees.
  • You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the Event by you or your invitees.
  • You must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the Event. We may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if they are behaving in an intoxicated, disorderly, offensive, threatening or inappropriate manner, towards any person.
  • The Event is open to all ages. Children under the age of 18 years that attend the Event must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children who behave in a disorderly, disruptive or inappropriate manner may at the sole discretion of the Event organisers be required to leave.
  • We reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute exhibitors and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
  • We reserve the right at any time, to change the venue and date of the Event. In the event of a change, we will publish details on our website.
  • The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the agreement of the Directors of Executive Events Solutions Pty Ltd.
  • It may be a condition of entry to the Event that a search of your person and/or your possessions and motor vehicles is required at the time of entry to the venue. GLASS, ALCOHOL, WEAPONS, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES or any item the Event organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner may be confiscated. Refusal to consent to a search WILL prevent entry to the Event, without refund.
  • Entry is at own risk and the right to refuse entry is reserved. The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering on the site – to the extent allowed by the law. All bags/containers will be subject to a full search. The festival is licensed – don’t bring alcohol with you – any prohibited items found will be confiscated and not returned.
  • The whole venue is a GLASS FREE ZONE and no glass shall be brought into any part of the venue. .
  • Some parts of the event will have licenced operators selling alcohol. Any patron wishing to consume alcohol must have photographic ID. We reserve the right to evict patrons who disobey or break Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW legislation and the law.
  • Anyone found supplying or buying alcohol for a minor will be evicted from the Event and will face criminal charges.
  • Anyone found supplying or consuming illicit drugs will be evicted from the premises and face criminal charges.
  • Certain areas within the Event venue may be smoke free zones. Smoking will not be permitted within the confines of these specific areas at the venue.
  • Sealed plastic water bottles are permitted to be brought into the Event. The contents of any opened plastic water bottles will not be permitted into the venue.
  • Trading signs or other signs are not permitted without prior consent of the organiser.
  • Footwear must be worn at all times on the site.
  • Animals are not permitted, except in accordance with legislation.
  • Fires and fireworks are not permitted.
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales
  • Any breach of any of these terms and conditions will entitle the Event organisers to evict offenders without any form of compensation. 
  • Parkes Shire Council cares for the environment and community. Please be respectful and place any litter in the recycle or other bins provided around the venue.
  • Please respect the venue and neighbours and do not create excessive noise or litter while travelling to and from the Event.
  • Trundle Abba Festival is an all-weather event and will proceed rain, hail or shine. You should assume a show is proceeding unless advised otherwise by organiser or 123 Tix.
  • Should wet or unfavourable weather be forecast please ensure you come prepared. However, umbrellas are not permitted into the venue.
  • This event will only be cancelled or postponed if the site becomes unsafe for patrons, performers and staff.
  • In the very unlikely situation that the event is cancelled or postponed the ticket purchaser will be notified by text message and email. Please also check for updates on the Trundle Abba Festival (Organiser's) Facebook page.
  • Please be aware that this event is held outdoors and is open to the elements. Grass, gravel and uneven surfaces may be found on the site. If you require any assistance please ask one of our friendly staff or security.
  • Unless required by law tickets are non-refundable.

NOTE:  123TIX is the only official ticket seller for Trundle ABBA Festival. Tickets purchased through third party sites are not guaranteed.
