TRUNDLE ABBA FESTIVAL AN ALL-AGES FESTIVAL; JUNIORS AND CHILDREN WILL NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
FESTIVAL DATES AND TIMES
SATURDAY, MAY 2ND 2020

\\RESERVED SEATING

Reserved Seating is available at an extra cost ($15.00 pp), you will receive a designated seat with your name on it for the duration of the festival.

 

 

\\SET TIMES

The festival will run from 11am to 9pm with the ABBA Markets starting at 10am. A program will be available soon.

 

 

\\TRAVEL OPTIONS

There are several options to travel to the Trundle. These include trains, tours, cars and shuttle services. Further details will be advertised as they are made available. Please watch our website and www.123tix.com.au for further information regarding  travel options.

 

 

\\TRUNDLE SHUTTLE SERVICE

There will be shuttle services running around Trundle from Friday 4pm to late and Saturday 9am to late for a gold coin donation. The money raised will go to several community groups in Trundle.

 

 

\\ACCOMODATION IN TRUNDLE

There is limited accommodation available in Trundle. To ensure there is enough accommodation available a local community group offer glamping, camping and powered camping spots. For further information regarding accommodation in Trundle please look at the 123 Tix website.

 

 

\\RE-ENTRY

Re-entry is permitted to the festival. However please note the festivals security and liquor rules will need to adhered to.  If you are deemed intoxicated you will not be allowed back into the festival. Please note you will be required to present your wristband upon re-entry. No wristband no entry.

 

 

\\TICKETING

All  tickets are to be purchased through our ticketing provider 123 Tix. We don't accept any tickets who have not been purchased through 123 Tix. 

 

 

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

Tickets will be available for purchase at the entry to the Trundle ABBA Festival. Please note the tickets will be more expensive when buying them on the day.

 

\\WRISTBANDS

Wristbands will be provided to all parties entering Berryman Oval. The wristbands will be issued upon arriving at the festival. 

 

\\PETS

Unfortunately pets aren't allowed at the festival. Companion animals are allowed.

\\COMPANION CARDS

Companion cards are acknowledged at the Festival. Companion must be with a ticket holder.

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Alcohol will be available for purchase at the festival. There will be no BYO.

 

 

\\WEATHER

Trundle Abba Festival is an all-weather event and will proceed rain, hail or shine. You should assume a show is proceeding unless advised otherwise by organiser or 123 Tix.  

 

Should wet or unfavourable weather be forecast please ensure you come prepared. However, umbrellas are not permitted into the venue.

Please be aware that this event is held outdoors and is open to the elements. Grass, gravel and uneven surfaces may be found on the site. If you require any assistance please ask one of our friendly staff or security.

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED

Chairs, sealed water bottles, picnic rugs and chairs, bags, ponchos, picnics.

 

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

Alcohol, pets (except companion dogs), umbrellas, glass, fires, firearms, illegal drugs, illegal weapons.
